I've tested PocketNotepad 4.0.10 on the same device, haven't gone through anything else on the archive yet. I also found an archive of tillanosoft's site with working downloadable links, at least Pocket Notepad is a newer version than the SCL: Tombo is open source so it can be redistributed.
